Bunge Sacco

Bunge Sacco society limited is governed by the constitution of Kenya, Acts of parliament and its rules and regulations and the Sacco by laws and policies. The supreme decision making organ of the Sacco is the Annual General meeting of members (AGM) which elects Nine (9) officials from amongst members to sit in the Board as Directors and three (3) supervisory committee members. The Board is the governing body of the Sacco and operates through specialized sub committees responsible for various activities of the Sacco which includes Finance & Administration, Credit & Risk and Business Development & Education committees. The Board is supported by competent team of ten (10) staff members headed by the Chief Executive Officer who are charged with the day to day operations of the society.
